Bought a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $1.4M in Beaver Creek, CO.
Daniel was terrific, the consummate professional, guiding us through the entire home buying process. Daniel never tired at the numerous detailed request we had to get to better know the homes and community, which included several house hunting days. Daniel and his professional broker / team mates made the process a real satisfying experience from 1st contact to getting the key to the front door. I would highly recommend Daniel and his team for all your house hunting / real estate needs in the Vail Valley!
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Gypsum, CO.
There is only one thing to say about Daniel, THANKS to him we have our first HOUSE.
He was always there for us when we had questions and never gave up on us.
Calling Daniel to help us find our house was an excellent choice.
Daniel Estrada, a real estate professional with the patience of a saint and the tenacity of a bulldog, took on this retired couple as we sought to relocate to the Eagle/Gypsum area. Daniel dealt patiently with our frequent plan changes, updating and visiting our options. The REAL challenges, however, occurred at closing when the entire deal seemed to be unraveling. Daniel dug in his heels to overcome numerous obstacles in purchasing a bank-owned home. Thanks to that tenacity, we are settled in our new home in Gypsum. Dream fulfilled. Thanks, Daniel.
After years of renting in the Vail Valley, I turned to Daniel when I finally decided it was time to buy my first home. I knew nothing about the process of buying a home, but Daniel spent months with me, looking at every available home. When he found me the perfect condo, he helped me through the whole ordeal – he even hired a handy man for me! And when it was time to sell that condo, I turned to Daniel again. Daniel sold my condo and my husband’s townhome (in less than a week in a down market!) and helped us to buy a single family home. We don’t make a real estate move without him – his knowledge of the local market, real estate trends, and the process of buying and selling real estate in the Vail Valley make him invaluable
Daniel Estrada found us a fitting townhouse in Edwards during a one week visit in June last year. We really appreciated his hard work and personal service in helping us locate and purchase the property so quickly. He then excelled again by finding a tenant within a week of closing. We highly recommend Daniel to any one wanting to buy or sell real estate in the Vail Valley.

"Daniel was enthusiastic, provided good recommendations, and was knowledgeable about the market. His attention to detail, follow through, and commitment to excellence places him in a class all by himself. Daniel’s work ethic was astounding. He was always available, we had complete information on each property viewed, and none of our questions went unanswered. Without reservation, I give him my highest recommendation."
Daniel did a great job with finding exactly what we were looking for in a home in the Vail area. He is organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were so delighted with Daniel that we are using his services again as we search for additional property. We highly recommend him to our friends and family without any hesitation.

While visiting the Vail Valley at the end of the ski season this year, I saw a listing in the Vail Daily for the sale of a house in Gypsum. I contacted the real estate firm and reached Daniel. He explained that the house was being sold by a bank and there were complications related to the house that might impact the ability to make an educated offer, close and being able to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. In order to proceed, Daniel contacted the City of Gypsum officials, contractors and other professional to resolve or gain an understanding of the outstanding issues that paved the way for us to make an offer, close and ultimately obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. Additionally, Daniel recommended the name of a bank officer to contact to make the loan arrangements. I also contacted several other banks in the valley and it was the bank Daniel recommended that eventually provided the best loan arrangements. Daniel’s diligence resulted in the closing within three months of initially viewing the listing. During the entire process from my first call to the closing, Daniel provided professional guidance and support. I consider Daniel a friend and a professional that I would recommend to others considering either a listing or purchase of real estate in the Vail Valley.
