Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Kearns, UT.
Daniel was very helpful! We are first time home buyers and needed as much assistance through the process as we could get. Daniel was there for us every step of the way! Unfortunately our loan officer was terrible at communicating with us, but Daniel made up for what she was lacking. He made us feel more at ease with everything. We have been in our home for about a week and we are absolutely in love with it! Thanks for all of your help!

Daniel was very supportive in helping us look and find a new home. We have been looking for some time and he would check in with us to see where we were at in buying a home with no pressure. Daniel is very patient, our needs changed several times and we found a home that works for our family. We felt that he had local knowledge and when we wanted to look at homes he would be right on it always there when we had question. Bought a home in 2012.
I suffered a bad experience (contractual) with the purchase of my previous residence. As such I was very cautious about who I picked to represent me in negotiations for the purchase of another property. Daniel was chosen as my real estate agent in the recent purchase of my town home in the SLC area. Early in the process Daniel showed good knowledge and experience quickly taking away my concerns. He helped to successfully negotiated a fair price for the home, obtain seller support ($) at closing and established a concrete purchasing agreement. He worked extremely hard in every aspect of my home purchase. In approximately 6 weeks we able to find a home that matched our needs, secured financing and we moved into our new home. Most impressive was that he stayed with us providing his services from womb to tomb. When the underwriter fell behind in the process, Daniel took the initiate to work with them and ensure the deal was completed in time to support the purchase contract and move in date. He also negotiated a last minute upgrade (gas stove) that made my wife extremely happy. Unlike my previous experience, there were absolutely no surprises in the purchase of this home. Lastly and most importantly, Daniel is a genuine person, cares about the people he works for and made the entire process as easy as it could possibly be.

I am a first time home buyer and I just closed yesterday on my new home. What impresses me most about Daniel is his responsiveness. He is very easy to get ahold of and if he is not able to answer his phone he calls back quickley. being a first time home buyer I had many questions and had to call him many times just to recieve clarification on real estate terms and to ask how certain things worked. He was always more than happy to explain things to me.
What I also like about Daniel is that he is not a high pressure sales person. I felt like what was most important to him was that I what happy and comfortable with the house I bought (I went through many houses looking for the right one).

Bought a home in 2013.
Daniel Fox has been a great agent that was able to make signing documents easy and quick by using"Docusign". I was able to sign all contracts online when it was convenient for me. This made the purchasing process faster by having documents drawn up, signed, and sent to the seller within minutes. Which was a major key in making our offer become the first bid looked at and accepted. Daniel was very good at following up with the sellers agent and making sure thins were communicated quickly. I would refer anyone to Daniel Fox for buying or selling a home.

Very professional throughout our entire process. Very easy and enjoyable to work with. Made finding a home very easy for my wife and me. He tried everything possible to make the house-buying process experience awesome. His dealings with the sellers was great in which he made sure we got the best deal possible.

Daniel IS THE buyer's agent to get. He knows the area and take time to serve his clients. We did a lot looking for houses on our own,but definately needed Daniel's help. He always got back to us on questions, didn't make us feel stupid or not knowledgable (as we were for first time homebuyers), and made the home buying process painless. We hit many bumps in the process, but Daniel took care of them and shared our frustration! Daniel is honest, upfront, frank and won't sugar coat anything. You ask him a direct question you will get a direct answer. If you have any doubts, just give him a try- we did.

Bought a home in 2012.
Mr. Fox was excellent in assisting us using the 1031 program to purchase our home. He was the best realtor i have ever worked with, I highly recommend him for any one who wants to buy a home or sell one. I cannot give him enough gratitude. Thanks to Daniel we now have a lovely home.
What started out on a hand shake agreement ended in complete satisfaction.
