I am convinced that a 0% interest rate and a $16,000 tax credit would not spark a buying frenzy. And if it did, it would not be a good thing (especially the tax credit!).However, if the real estate investors were provided with the same incentives to buy, improve, manage, and develop residential properties, there would be no need to be concerned about declining neighborhoods.

You get the Realtor services for free and each time a property matching your preferred criteria is listed, you are automatically notified including all the details and pictures of the property listed for sale.
