Daniel was able to sell my property fast and got me top dollar for my home. He is a true pro and worked very hard so that I didn't have to. Daniel understands all aspects of the real estate business and is very thorough from start to finish. He put together a great comparison package before we decided on a price and developed a smart listing strategy based on his understanding of how the real estate websites function. He then made sure the house was presentable before listing it and worked with the existing tenant to schedule showings and open houses. Once the offers came in, Daniel reviewed each one thoroughly, going so far as to contact the lenders to verify the potential buyers had adequate funds. Once an offer was accepted, he arranged all the inspections and got all of the paperwork and tax bills ready for the closing. Daniel was even able to track down a copy of my title insurance policy despite the fact that the original company had gone out of business. He stayed on top of all the bankers, buyers, inspectors, lawyers and everybody else associated with the sale of my home to make sure there were no problems along the way. Daniel has a great energy and is easy to work with. I will definitely use him again the next time I'm selling a house in the Beverly/Salem area and would recommend anyone else to do the same.

Absolutely outstanding performer- the best residential broker we've met, and we had to meet a lot of them to get our North Shore house sold. Great energy, enthusiasm and attentiveness on the basic listing and selling process, but where he is really unusual is that from his legal training and experience with workouts, Dan thoroughly understands the complexities of short sale and bankruptcy situations. Unqualified recommendation- really outdid himself with an astonishing level of patience, attention to detail and perseverance, as we had to go through multiple offers and buyers to finally find one who would complete the short sale process with us.
