Kitchen remodel, window replacement, interior painting, deck replacement, woodwork.
In addition to doing remodeling and inspection punchlist work for many of my clients over the years, Daniel also remodeled a large portion of my own home around six years ago and I consistently get compliments on the quality of the work.
My kitchen remodel was a complete re-do, done while I was out of town for a month. He and I had gone to several stores to try to find the right kitchen floor tile and hadn't found one that would be exactly the right match for the counters and color scheme, so I had to leave it up to him to pick something while I was gone. I know he went to several more stores instead of just picking something that was easy to find, and when I came home from my trip I could not believe how gorgeous the floor tile was that he finally chose - I've told him many times since then that we probably couldn't have found a nicer one if we had gone to twenty stores together.
One thing that sets Daniel apart from other contractors is that he really cares about doing the job right and finishing it up completely. What I've found with other contractors (even supposedly reliable ones) is that when it comes to the end of the job they are not so enthusiastic about tying up loose ends and really completing the job the way they're supposed to.
