Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Summerlin South, Las Vegas, NV.
Daniel was our agent to help us buy our 6th house. If we Daniel had been our agent for our other five homes, we would have bought each for less and sold each for more. Daniel knows the Summerlin market and listens to his customers about what they want in a house. He thinks outside the box so his customers see properties that not only meet the customers requriements, but help you consider options you may not have thought of.

Daniel is hands down the best residential real estate agent I have ever worked with. He LOVES what he does, which makes all the difference in the world. Add to that his knowledge of the local market and real estate in general, his attention to detail, and the fact that he simply outworks everyone else, and you have a fantastic realtor.

Daniel was a pleasure to work with. He is a great communicator and understood exactly what we were looking for. Daniel spent an incredible amount of time with us and was very patient. We were never rushed or pressured. His knowlege of the real estate market is impressive. We highly recommend him.

Bought a home in 2012.
It was a long road to be able to purchase this house. Almost a year of dealing with sellers, Banks etc....But Daniel hung in there with us and in time and with patience we closed the deal.

Sold a home in 2010.
We put my parent's house up for sale shortly after my father's death in a time when prices were peaking crashing and burning. Daniel was gentle with us, but aggressive with others in negotiating our sale. He gave us very timely, comprehensive information that allowed us to adjust our price and presentation for the best sale at the best time. He was excellent in guiding us through the very complicated process of short sale (sales price $460K). Hindsight is 20/20; we felt it then and we know it now- Daniel was able to work out an excellent result for us in a difficult time. We have and will use him again. Daniel really has been Our Agent for real estate!

Outstanding service overall! Mr.Rosenberg demystified an intimidating and unfamiliar process and handled all of the dirty work in a very efficient and courteous manner. The process was painless and Mr. Rosenberg was informative but not intrusive regarding updates on the convoluted process. In addition, he is a very personable and receptive individual, very skilled at understanding us as clients and responding to our questions in a prompt, through and courteous manner. It is also worth mentioning that Mr.Rosenberg actually made this process very pleasant through his intelligence, quick wit and great sense of humor. At the same time, he was an active and dedicated advocate for our best interests throughout this transaction. I would unreservedly recommend him to potential clients.
