Danny had extensive knowledge about the area, the property (He is also a Contractor), and how to sell the property. He knew exactly what to do, even with difficult potential buyers. He was steadfast, patient, and adaptable with his negotiations. He was fast, too. Things worked out great.
Danny was such an invaluable resource selling my house. He went up and above any "traditional" agent duties and helped in every facet of process, including helping get the house ready to sell. Danny did a great job of bridging the needs of the seller and us as the buyers. This was a short sale and the sellers were understandably having a difficult time. Danny was respectful and sensitive. I have known Danny since he was my neighbor on King Street in Santa Cruz in 1999. Danny helped us buy our first investment property, a home on the West Side in Santa Cruz in 2002, sell it three years later in 2005 (he found the buyer) while at the same time representing us in the purchase of a ranch in Northern California, while doing a 1031 tax exchange, and pulling off the closings on both properties three days apart. In April of this year (2013) he represented my daughter in the purchase of her first home in South San Jose. Danny is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in everything he does. Danny Alvarez knew everything about the market and loans and also commercial Real Estate. He always answered the phone immediately when I called and was available at the drop of a hat to take me to properties anytime during the day, on weekends and after hours. He helped me with planning and zoning and knew a lot of contractors and inspectors and set up everything for me.
