    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Clay Center, KS.
    I can't say enough glowing things about Daren. My husband and I presently live in Indianapolis,IN and were trying to buy a home in Clay Center KS. So everything had to be done long distance. Daren was a joy to work with. He sent us many new listing when ever he found a possibility. When we were able to come out and look at the homes he was very honest about any weakness of the homes that we might not catch. I don't think we could have asked for or expected more than what Daren provided.

    Darren is awesome! He showed us several homes and was very patient and accommodating. We just moved in to our new home and recently had to contact him for a quick fix. He text me back within minute to tell me that they had already contacted an electrician. He is very timely and organized. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. In fact, I did.     Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Manhattan, KS.
    My husband and I were new to the area and in a bit of a time crunch to find a home. Daren was extremely helpful and made himself available to our schedule from the moment we walked into his office. He was extremely professional, knowledgable, and helpful as we looked at potential properties for our first home.
