Bought a home in 2011.
Terry has been an awesome asset in the recent purchase of my "other" home! We were able to close a short sale in relatively good time, despite the normal flow and a few issues on the property to boot! She was friendly and knowledgable, as well as courteous in all communications! Most of this purchase was done from out of state, and Terry was able to handle all correspondents and legalities with ease! I know she deals in the rental market of South Haven as well, she is my go to for all my real estate needs. I will be looking forward to referring her to my friends! Thanks Terry!

Bought a Vacant Land home in 2010 in Allegan, MI.
Terry patiently worked with me for almost 2 years until we found just the right home at just the right price. Since I had transferred into the area, she also assisted in finding just the right rental property for just the right price. She is considerate and not pushy. She is positive and cheerful, just a joy to work with.

Very knowledgeable, offers personalize service, keeps you current on the transactions for the property and her doors are always open to any and all suggestions for your benefit.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in South Haven, MI.
Terry was very diligent in showing my husband and I homes until we found the right one. She also helped us through the whole purchasing process. She did a great job for us and I would recommend her to my friends and family.
Terry was a pleasure to work with! Always professional and friendly!
