Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Howell, MI.
It is difficult to put into words how much help and service Darin provided not only helping us sell or old home, but also with the purchase of our new home. We had some very specific and hard to find requirements with respect to our new home and Darin worked 24/7 and found us a great house with exactly what we wanted and within our budget. This was not an easy task, but with Darin's hard work we got what we wanted. He also helped resolve some delays we had with the bank that could have caused a significant delay in our closing date. Darin was very professional and truly put a significant amount of time and effort into selling my condo. Darin diligently worked with the buyer to educate and explain the entire process of purchasing the condo. He even added services that were paid out of his own pocket for closing purposes.

We meet Darin when my mother sold her house. He listed it and it sold in less than two months.We use Darin when we bought our current home.
