Told me I couldnt get more than 100K for a house I later sold under another agent for 165K with no additional improvements. He brought in one prearranged buyer who was to purchase my home for the 110K that I managed to negotiate but the deal fell through when I finally gave up on the short sale that I was to buy conditioned on the sale of my home.
Just wondering why I get 50K more for my house with another agent. The price for my home given me by this agent was significantly below market value.
You would expect an agent with 11 years experience to do better.
