Bought a home in 2011.
Overall, it was an excellent and great experience. Darwin is very customer service oriented, and his knowledge of the market was very impressive. His responsiveness was outstanding and he made every step of the process very easy and seamless. Darwin Wall is fantastic, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a high quality Real Estate Professional.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $850K in Vasaro, Chandler, AZ.
From the beginning of the process down to getting the keys Mr. Wall was amazing to work with. He was patient with us in the beginning when we were searching for the right house, he quickly found what we were looking for and then handled everything with the upmost professionalism. He did the little things that made him great, like turning around after we wanted to look at one last thing, working around our schedule, etc.
We had terms that we wanted and he got those for us, negotiations were simple and easy with him handling them, he definitely has a ton of experience and we could not ask for anyone better.

I was referred to Darwin through a work friend and he helped my purchase my first home in 2004! As first-time buyer, Darwin had the patience to answer every question I had regarding purchasing a home - and I mean EVERY QUESTION! His local knowledge of the Chandler area allowed me to settle into a beautiful 4 bed, 2 bath home in a great location (Dobson/Elliot) for a great price!

We would definately recommend Jenny and Darwin Wall as your realtors. We were on a time crunch to find a home and Jenny spent many days with us searching for a home. She sent us e-mails with new listings prior to our arrival in Arizona so that gave us a good idea for what we wanted to look at. When we found our home we needed to act fast and Jenny was right there to make sure it happened for us. They are very proffessional, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and todays market.
