Helped me rent a home.

I rented this property with a small group 4 years ago. She took our entire deposit and gave us a receipt for items she had to buy to "replace or fix" things that were broken. She had put white out on some items on the receipt so we could not read what she had purchased. She said she spent most of the deposit on spraying the property for fleas. She had no receipt for this and our dog to this day has never had flees. We wanted to do a walk though before we left town but she couldn't be reached. She waited in till we left before she Told us she was keeping our entire deposit. It's a nice property and has a very nice location and nice neighbors. The only problem is Dasha Rae is a crook.  More Less

Sorry you feel this way, I know it was close to 4 years ago and you may not remember exactly what happened. Yes the property was a nice place with brand new furniture. I didn’t charge you for anything you or your party didn’t damage or destroy. I don't just charge tenants without documented reasons/proof of damage/repairs needed and all charges are documented I want nothing more than to return peoples deposit and have many past tenants that can testify to that. As for the dog you say has no fleas, we had to have it sprayed (multiple times) and took pictures of the fleas on a person (at the property). You were also given a receipt for the spray and also given pictures of the property when you rented it and when you left it (and can clearly see that it wasn’t left in the same condition or even close to it. If you didn’t want to get charged for the property being sprayed you should have made sure that the place wasn’t infested with FLEAS.

Showed home in 2014 in Bay Point, FL 33040.

Dasha has been extremely helpful in my home search. Even with a limited budget and limitations due to VA loan requirements as to how little "fixer-up" it can be,what types of homes, associations etc.. We are still on the hunt but I feel safe with Dasha. My first home purchase the realtor told me not to get an inspection and for 12years we had to deal with the ramifications of that intentionally bad advice. I look forward to emails ,calls and texts with new finds.  More Less

Sold a Townhouse home in 2013 in Key West, FL.

We had to sell our townhouse and since we were out of state, Dasha was able to take control of the sale and make it happen. We were happy for her help and glad she was able to do what she could working with us out of state! She was able to stay with the buyers until all of the issues were resolved and handled in our favor. Since we had inherited the townhouse we also had inherited some of it's problems and Dasha was able to help with those issues. Should we ever purchase a house in the area again we will not hesitate to call on her again.  More Less
