Experience:  

I was originally licensed outside the State of Oregon in 1976 and have worked as an agent or in the mortgage lending industry my entire career.  My lending experience covered every aspect of lending from loan officer through delivery of loans to the secondary mortgage market. This experience has provided me with core knowledge and skills that enhance my ability to serve my clients. My family has been involved in residential construction for years, this along with constuction lending, provides me with and understanding of the construction process from foundation to finish.

• Average over $11,000,000 annually in closed sales (listings sold and buyer transactions) over the last 3 years.
