Bought a home in 2012.
Dave High has a extensive knowledge of the Lancaster County area and really helped us find the best location for our new home. He is a very likable guy and easy to get along with. He was always a phone call away and always responded to emails as soon as possible. A great realtor that I would recommend to anyone.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in New Holland, PA.
Dave made our first home purchase a smooth and enjoyable process. He never displayed any frustration with our indecisiveness as he showed us house after house. Dave's evaluation of our needs and wants eventually led us to the home that we now enjoy.

Bought a home in 2012.
Dave went out of his way to give us great service. He has a really strong work ethic and is very personable. He was always willing to take us out to see houses (quite a few times, we'd call/email last minute and he'd set something up right away). He's very flexible and will work well with anyone.
