Dave helped my husband and me purchase a home in Chandler, AZ. He did not sit around and wait for us to tell him what homes we wanted to see, instead he was extremely proactive, and called us the moment something hit the market that he thought we'd have interest in. He put together outbound marketing campaigns to canvas the neighborhoods we told him that we were interested in. If we couldn't view a home right away, he dropped everything, went to the home, took video of it and posted it for us so that we could get a look ASAP.
Completely unlike other agents we had spoken with in the past, Dave encouraged us to pass on homes that just didn't feel right to us. Despite our frustrations in the market lacking homes for sale and wanting to jump at homes and considering settling for something that wasn't ideal for us, he kept us positive, that the right home would come, kept telling us to not settle or lower our expectations just to get into a home.
Dave did not want to just make a sale, he TRULY wanted to help us find the right home, one that would make us happy and feel like home. He succeeded. I don't care how much someone tells me they like their current agent, I will always insist that they at least have a conversation with Dave to see the difference in his style and approach to not make a sale, but earn a clients trust and business.
