We received Dave's business postcard all the way in Japan when we were stationed there. We usually don't respond to business advertisements, but for some reason, we took a chance and called Dave. We explained our situation to him, noting our concerns being miles away from our condo in San Diego. Dave was very professional from the get-go and provided us information that solidified our decision to sell.
