Sold a home in 2011.
Dave went above and beyond in his effort to sell my fathers house for us and definitely will use him again to sell my house this fall.
I had a listing with a previous agent that did nothing but put me on a MLS. Sat on the listing and waited for the sale to occur and after a year of doing nothing I decided to change agents. A lot of lookers and no takers.
Dave worked hard in getting my house ready before it was put back on the market-Roofing-Cleaning-Staging. He has a great list of contacts to get things done. After a few weeks we had multiple offers (we had choices to make!!!).He also actually met with potential buyers and talked with them. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Georgetown, TX.
Dave helped me buy a ranch. It was scary for me - I had never spent that kind of money and didn't have a clue what I was doing (I was a city girl). He did extensive research for me. He made sure I could get high speed Internet so I could work from home. He got a septic system expert (it had to be replaced). And he got an inspector and surveyor familiar with ranch properties.
We went out to the property together a few times. He was always available for me on my schedule. He answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Thanks to Dave, the deal went very smoothly in spite of sellers who were gun shy from the previous offer falling through.

Bought a home in 2012.
My wife and I wanted to retire out of California to a better place. I thought we had our criteria pretty well set after searching the Internet in 5 different states. looking at over 500 homes. After a bad experience in Oklahoma City, we tried Texas. Dave Kleinman was the first to answer our email and it turned out to be a very good choice.
Dave directed us to several areas around Austin and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. After viewing 10 or so houses, we picked Cedar Park and then visited more houses (both old and new.) We found a house we liked and begin negations. Dave was able to obtain what I think was the lowest price considering the market. ($20,000 less than the appraised value.)
After the acceptance of our bid, Dave was able to direct us to a loan and insurance company that also gave us the lowest available rates. (I searched the Internet and made sure.)
We spent 4 days searching for the house and the rest of the negations was done using email and the phone. Dave was with us all of the way.
I would HIGHLY recommend Dave Kleinman to any potential home buyer!…More Less
