Dave helped me buy a ranch. It was scary for me - I had never spent that kind of money and didn't have a clue what I was doing (I was a city girl). He did extensive research for me. He made sure I could get high speed Internet so I could work from home. He got a septic system expert (it had to be replaced). And he got an inspector and surveyor familiar with ranch properties.
We went out to the property together a few times. He was always available for me on my schedule. He answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Thanks to Dave, the deal went very smoothly in spite of sellers who were gun shy from the previous offer falling through.

We spent 4 days searching for the house and the rest of the negations was done using email and the phone. Dave was with us all of the way.
