Team reviews

Dave just helped my wife and I purchase our first home and we could not be more pleased with the experience. He got to know us and eased us into the process of buying a home. Dave had an expansive knowledge of the areas where we looked and an excellent sense for how the market was, which made us feel confident in the decisions we made. He also did a great job pointing out all the details of the properties we looked at, so we could make a fully informed decision about each one. He had great customer service throughout the process and worked hard to get us our dream home in an extremely competitive market. On top of that, the team Dave has to help his home buyers in 2nd to none. We wholeheartedly recommend Dave Ralston to anybody looking to purchase a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $450K in Shoreline, WA.

Dave was an amazing agent! I really felt like my husband and I had an advocate and expert on our side through this process. He was very patient with us while we took our time to learn about the neighborhoods and really did a great job guiding us to houses in our price range in each neighborhood. When we were looking at houses, I really appreciated his voice of reason about things we liked and didn't like, and pointing out things we didn't even know we should be thinking about. It really shows that he treats his clients as friends and goes above and beyond to get the best house for their needs. I also really appreciate how accomodating he was to working with our crazy schedules. We weren't both living in the same city and he was very accomodating to visiting during times that worked for both of us. He was definitely on our time frame and not his own.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in First Hill, Seattle, WA.

I worked with Dave for the sale of my Seattle condo which had a special assessment due to construction deflects which made it a tough sale. He did a great job through the entire process with a complex sale with many players and stayed on top of things all the way through. He worked with my law firm with the negotiation process and did an excellent job making the deadlines with the bank. He was patient, thorough and friendly all the way through and was great to work with.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Shoreline, WA.

My wife and I just bought our first home with the aid of Dave. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process. At times I would swear he must be a building inspector as a side career. He helped us get a great deal and understand the ridiculously confusing nature of buying a home. We closed in our initially desired timeframe and within our budgetary constraints. My wife and I feel like we really lucked out, having simply stumbled across Dave as he was showing a house we were interested in. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home, especially a first time home buyer.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $325K in Edmonds, WA.

My husband and I worked with Dave in the Spring of 2009 to buy our first home. We could not have imagined a better experience. Dave got to know us and helped us better define what we were looking for in terms of a home. From this information, he crafted a uniquely personal home buying experience for us. Dave brought expert local and process knowledge. He guided us through the tumultuous landscape that is real estate and home buying with great knowledge and ease. He worked within our budget and personal wants and needs for a home. Never pressuring us and always striving to provide us with the best information and customer service. Additionally, his team that he uses to support his home buyers in the process is unrivaled. I talk to countless friends who did not benefit from the extremely supportive, helpful, and knowledgeable experience that we did, all thanks to Dave. As cliche as this is, I can say with confidence that Dave doesn't just help his clients find a house, he helps them find a home. His extensive knowledge and skill, excellent customer service, and commitment to your home buying experience is unmatched. If you are in the market for a home, we would absolutely recommend Dave Ralston.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $250K in Sunset, Renton, WA.

Dave helped me through the buying process on my home and did and wonderful job. Dave’s knowledge on the Seattle area was very helpful when it came to figuring out where and what I wanted in my home. He really took the time to listen to my needs and find out what I wanted in my next home. When it came to the biggest decision I have ever had to make Dave broke it down for me in his funny “HGTV” kind of way: Emotional buy, then critical eye. Meaning the first time we are going through a house see if I could visualize myself living there (Emotional buy), then we could come back and pick it apart like an inspection. I didn’t realize it at first but I was loving and hating the homes at the same time. He handled everything wonderfully and I couldn’t imagine getting through the home buying process without Dave Ralston.

Bought a home in 2010.

We cannot recommend Dave highly enough. My partner and I are/were first time home buyers and we have been disappointed by everyone in the process EXCEPT Dave. He actually had to pick up the slack for our home insurance contact, loan officer, the seller, the seller's agent AND just about everyone else we dealt with at our lending bank. No matter what district of Seattle we looked at, nor what sort of home (single family/townhome/short sale/new construction/green construction), Dave was knowledgable, helpful, and responsive. He even provided us with information about outfitting the home we chose with new fixtures and purchasing new appliances. The next time we buy a home, sell a home, or even decide to view a home, we will absolutely ask Dave to assist us.
