Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Olmos Park Terrace, San Antonio, TX.
Dave has been outstanding to work with since I started investing in real estate. He is open, honest, straightforward and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in general and the investing aspect of it. "Service after the sale" is not a foreign concept to him either. An additional bonus with Dave is his vast network of contacts within the remodeling/contractor community. Highly recommend.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in King William, San Antonio, TX.
In short, Dave is a godsend.
He not only negotiated a fantastic price on the home we purchased (in a competitive bid situation nonetheless), but has been indispensable in guiding us during a complex renovation. He didn't abandon us after closing. His vast knowledge of construction and renovation, as well as his quality contractor contacts has made all the difference while we restore a 120 year old historical home. I'm told a purchase and renovation of this magnitude is supposed to be a highly stressful process, but having Dave involved has made it downright fun (though admittedly he has talked me off the ledge more than once). He's a fantastic agent and an even better friend, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in San Antonio, TX.
I have used Dave Rose to Purchase and Sell several properties. He is very honest in his expectations which will help you buy your new home or sell your existing home. I have had many bad experiences with other agents but Dave made things go as smooth as any transaction I have ever had. I will definitely use his services again.
