Dave is a great real estate agent and runs a proffesional real estate agency. He was alway responsive and insightful during the process of selling my home. Dave will work hard for you, he will give sound honest advice and he will always have your best intrests in mind.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Wolcott, CT.
We are now first time home buyers thanks to all the hard work, time and dedicated patience Dave had with us. We had to have looked at at least a hundred houses before we found our home and Dave did not stop working for us to get into this house. Dave is dedicated to his job and really does enjoy what he does and will do what it takes to help his clients find the home of their dreams.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Waterbury, CT.
I would whole heartedly reccommend Dave Jones as a realtor for any future needs you may have. I found him available at all times, and thoughtfully answered all concerns with a prompt response. He truly wanted the best for my family and I and went above and beyond of what was required. Even though we have already settled in to our new home, Dave has still been available for any help or inquiries we may run into. We appreciate everything Dave has done for us, and his personal touch made the process much less stressful.

Dave Jones is beyond a doubt, the 'go to' realtor if you are selling or buying a home in the Waterbury area. His extensive knowledge of the area, both personally and professionally, puts him above and beyond other realtors. His eagerness to work hard, market and follow through on all aspects of the process make him very dependable. Dave took the stress out of selling my home and I knew I was in good hands from the get-go.

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $275K in Cove - East Side, Naugatuck, CT.
Dave Jones Realty listed our home in Prospect and it Sold quickly. We had the best marketing of any house for sale at the time in Prospect. Once our home was under contract we also purchased a new home with Dave in Naugatuck. We would definetly use him again.

Sold a home in 2009.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dave Jones to anyone in the market to sell or buy a home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Dave was creative with regard to marketing our home and respectful to us as homeowners. When purchasing our new home he was helpful every step of the way. I would like to say Dave went above and beyond for us, but he treats every client this way. He made himself available to us and I know we would not have been as successful without him. I would definitely recommend Dave Jones Realty!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Prospect, CT.
There were four comparable houses for sale on our street. We had our first quality offer a few weeks after we listed. After just 24 days we were under contract. The difference was Dave Jones Realty. The marketing campaign was impressive right down to every detail and our listing online really helped make the sale. Selling your house in December in New England in a down market is quite an accomplishment. We could not be more pleased with the outcome.
