    Found a tenant for a home.
    Have you ever placed an ad to rent a property on craiglist or in the paper with no response, or unable to rent to the right tenant? Well! This was my experience before I had the opportunity to work with, Dave, who immediately scheduled an appointment to meet me, see the proper, & took pictures of the inside, outside and the street/community of the house. He posted it on several websites and within a MONTH the house was rented. It was a seamless transition from one tenant to the next and a WIN WIN situation for everyone.. I would definitely use his service again.
