Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $800K in Tahoe City, CA.

Summary:

Dave worked with us for almost 9 months. He is a pleasure to work with, quickly picked up on what was important to us and persevered when the sellers seemed to run into problems. We live in the bay area and he communicated by phone and email constantly keeping us informed on progress. He used DocuSign which enabled us to sign documents electronically and not worry about faxes or in person appearances. At the end he provided us with a disc incorporating pdf's of all documents. He's lived in Tahoe for many years so knows it well. He has a great network of service providers that all seem to work like him and he has been super helpful subsequent to closing. REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND:
I have been specializing in real estate in Truckee, North Lake Tahoe, West Shore communities, as well as theski resort communitiesknown asAlpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, andNorthstarsince 2003. I started my career as a real estate appraiser and began my transition into sales in 2007. My numerous years of appraisal practice have taught me many lessons that my clients appreciate greatly. I'm an analytical thinker and have vast experience seeing where the markets have been and where they are going. This allows me to help clients price their properties effectively and helps buyers get the best deal possible. My appraisal background also gives me great insight into the quality of homes, features that set homes apart from one another, and the ability to help my clients find the best opportunities possible. I am also fortunate to work for a company (Tahoe Riverfront Realty, Inc.) that is one of the oldest Brokerages in the Tahoe basin and gives me the ability to utilize their 30 years of experience.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
When I am not working you will find me playing in the mountains on skis or on my bike depending on the season. I have a passion for the outdoors and I do my best to get outside and enjoy Tahoe on a daily basis. I am also a firm believer in giving back to the community. I have been worked with the Muscular Dystrophy Association for the last 3 years which has been incredibly rewarding and gives me a chance to get friends and family involved with fundraising for the MDA. In 2009 I was fortunate to start working with a charitable organization called SkiDUCK where I became responsible for leading all Squaw Valley USA events. SkiDUCK is a brand new national non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of disabled and underprivileged children by sharing the joys of skiing and snowboarding. I am very passionate about skiing andSkiDUCK allows me to share my passion of skiing with kids that might not otherwise have a chance to enjoy the sport I love.
