Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I met Lorie 3 years ago via phone call inquiry on a home and were so impressed with her professionalism and honesty that we kept her number and in May of 2012 I called her to help us buy a home. Lorie and Dave were amazing we viewed several homes and put in more than a few offers but after a month of hitting the house hunting hard we finally got an offer accepted at below asking with a % back from the sellers. When we had our inspection done there were some issues and Lorie and Dave negotiated the sellers to fix the issues before we closed. One month after we closed the issues returned I called Lorie and told her what was happening and she called the previous listing agent and worked weeks on getting the issues fixed Lorie was not only loyal and hardworking during the transaction but when the issued arrived after she was on top of it the sellers fixed our homes problems. Lorie is hard working and honest in the future I hope to do business with her again. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Fair Oaks, CA.
I am a first time home buyer and I recently purchased a foreclosed home and it was quite a process. Lorie and Dave were excellent in dealing with the bank negotiating repairs, filling out paperwork, getting inspections, you name it! Dave also being a contractor made me feel secure that I was really getting a great deal on the house and I wasn't going to be blind sided by something that I normally wouldn't have looked for. They really listened to my wants and needs along with following my strict budget. They are warm, caring, real, and very trustworthy. Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Gilroy, CA.
We had a rough time with the appraisals and getting the underwriter to accept but Dave and Laura kept with it and were great and got me the condo I wanted. I don't know how they kept up with the pressure but they did and I am happy to be in my new place. Plus they were right on top of finding me places to look at and were very very helpful.…More Less
