About ME:
I grew up in Albuquerque and I actively invest in real estate here (building spec homes, buying rentals, and doing fix & flips). I have been the president and qualifying broker of my own small firm for over 4 years. I hold an MBA from the University of New Mexico, and I have vast business experience, including very strong negotiation skills based on my experience writing multi-million dollar contracts on behalf of the US Dept of Energy. My commissions are always negotiable and I am very agile and flexible in how I work with clients. The bottom line is that I offer top quality expertise to help you find the best property for you at a lower cost than you can find anywhere else. I can do this because I run a lean operation and an efficient one that maximizes use of technology.
