Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Foxhill, Hampton, VA.
Hello my name is Eric and i just bought my first home. I will first start by saying that I am sure I was not easy to work with but David handled everything. From the first time I spoke with him I knew he was the right guy to get the job done. I told him what I was looking for and in a timely manner I had emails with lots of listings that all fit what I was looking for. We only had to look at 2 home before I found the one. From there he handled everything. He had an answer for every question I could possible come up with and more. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a house. David is extremely knowledgeable, insightful and an excellent realtor. He is caring, honest and hard working. He is the ultimate professional at all times.
