Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. The home has one tax address. The home is condusive to both arrangements. It can serve as either one large single family home or a single family home on top and a rental below. The current owner occupied the entire home while raising a family. There is an interior stairwell connecting the lower level to the rest of the house. The owners rented out the lower level once their kids went to college. The lower level has its own laundry room, kitchen, family room and private entrance. For address purposes, the owners used A & B to differentiate which unit was to get what mail. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any additional questions or would like to preview the home. Thanks!David EdwardsReal Estate Agent & REALTORKeller Williams Realty SES425-890-8045david@davidjedwards.comwww.davidjedwards.com
This isn't my property but I have found that the answer to that question is usually somewhat subjective. I would suggest that you consider a neighborhood review. The neighborhood review allows you to achieve subjective satisfaction of the schools in the area, the home's proximity to bus lines, availability of shopping in the area, traffic patterns, noise and parking as well as environmental and safety conditions that you determine to be relevant in deciding to purchase. It's always a good idea for a buyer to conduct a neighborhood review regardless of whether this contingency is actually incorporated into a purchase and sale agreement. Hello!Your home is right on the boundary between the Issaquah and Renton school districts. It looks like you are in the McKnight Middle School boundary but I would recommend contacting the school to be sure. Additional information regarding boundaries and school assignments for students may be obtainied by contacting Student Information Services at 425-204-2333 or e-mailing Liz Brooks at liz.brooks@renton.wednet.edu.Here is a link to my website which includes all of the school district websites.http://www.davidjedwards.com/school-websites.aspThis is the boundary map...http://www.renton.wednet.edu/schools/maps/Middle_High%20Schools.pdfI noticed your home sold on February 2nd.
