David Goldberg has been providing home inspections and building consulting services since 1989. David opened Reliable Home Services (RHS) in 1992. David has inspected over 9,000 homes to date. David provides the highest quality, most comprehensive examination available. David is ASHI certified. David has a construction background, and is licensed and insured. He graduated from Slippery Rock University, and he has completed post-graduate courses in Construction Management. David was trained by the National Institute of Building Inspectors.
RHS offers residential, commercial, cursory, pre-drywall and pre-listing inspections, new home inspections, radon, lead, mold and asbestos testing and construction/rehab consultations. RHS performs a visual inspection looking for safety concerns, functions and structural issues of the home. We encourage you to attend the inspection so you receive first-hand knowledge of the inspection, the inspector can go over his findings with you, answer your questions and show you features of the property you will need to know how to operate. We offer preventative maintenance advice and life-time expectancies of the major systems as well. We enter every inspection under the assumption that everything is broken until it proves otherwise. Our goal is to education you on the home so that you know it better than the current owner. As an additional bonus, we offer free phone consultations for life and a monthly newsletter to our clients. Our computer generated report is 15 pages and includes color photographs.
