David did a great job helping us out with everything. Even once the contract was ratified so he was guaranteed to get his money, he still spent time to help us out. When my family was in town, he came by and opened the place up so my family could see where we were moving. Prior to closing, he went there multiple times to let the guy from the gas company, the pest control guy, and a roofing guy check out specific things that came up in the home inspection. David is extremely resourceful and always available to help. We have seeked help from him on so many occassions and he has never disappointed us. We would highly recommend him to any home buyer!
Recently, we set out on a search for a single family home in Vienna, VA. This time, we were extremely picky about the location of the house and the parameters it had to meet. Once again, David was very patient with us and never made us feel that we had to "settle" soon. He tirelessly showed us house after house in the Fairfax County area. With the housing market picking up, he worked "overtime" to draft offers on our behalf and present it to the sellers. I am extremely delighted to state that David was instrumental in seizing the deal on one of the houses we liked.
We really appreciate David's hard work, passion and aggression which ultimately helped us close the deal on our "dream" home. We look forward to the continued support and friendship he and his family have given us so far.
