Yes. It's usually worth it to make the home clean and pretty. Buyers will pay more for homes that they fall in love with they walk in the door. Be sure to use the newest most popular colors and materials to get the most bang for your buck. It's a good idea to have an agent or a stager to come in and give you some advice about what it worth spending money on and what won't matter.
