Bought a home in 2013.
I submitted a web request to see a house, and David Lorton responded with a phone call in minutes. He helped me find a house in my price range... and then helped me get it cheaper.
I was very impressed with his knowledge of real estate, and he was always available to answer any questions I had.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Searcy, AR.
David sold my home for me within 2 weeks of listing it. I had been trying to sell it myself for 2 years with no success. He has excellent negotiation skills and is very knowledgeble about the housing market. He was the key player in making our house sell by following up at times on a daily basis with the buyer, bank, surveyor, appraiser and title company. I would highly recommend him!

Bought a home in 2011.
Finding a home with David was a wonderful experience. We had tons of questions and he knew the answers, if he didn't know the answer he would find out promptly. I never had to wait long on a call back. I know he had many other people that he was working with, but he always made us feel like we were top priority. He even got down on his hands and knees at one property to check to see if the pool had been properly winterized.
We were first time home buyers and we had little knowlege of how things work. David talked us through everything and had alot of helpful advice. We are now in the home of our dreams, for quite a bit less than the asking price. Thanks David!
I study and teach leadership, influence, mediation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills from a ministry perspective in a university and across the nation for my profession. I have evaluated thousands of people in all kinds of contexts who want to influence another toward a particular decision, perspective, relationship, or outcome. I say that to say that I see David compared to literally thousands of others who work in roles where they influence other people. As one who trains ministers I am deeply focused on the integrity side of things as I am almost always aware of manipulation dynamics as so many take advantate of others in a fallen world. I say with confidence that David is beyond the norm in a positive way. He is knowledgeable, a true expert in the process, responsive to the people he serves, and is a highly capable negotiator. I highly recommend him.
