Showed home in 2011 in Santa Monica, CA 90403.
I heard about David from a friend who had used a different agent to find a condo, and then found David when looking for a mortgage. My friend had said that his own agent was useless when it came to explaining the ins and outs of the negotiation process, and just wanted to pressure him into closing the deal so that he could make his commission and move on. David was described as a "God-send" who understood the process thoroughly from start to finish, and was able to advise my friend to get a substantial discount based on some seriously needed repairs discovered in the inspection period, and based on the ultimate apraisal value of the condo.

I have been looking for a house in Brentwood, Santa Monica, or the Palisades for the past 11 months, and have seen a number of places that David recommended. Over this time, I have come to see first hand what my friend was talking about... David is not the fast-talking, used-car salesman type of guy you often run into at open houses.... He knows his stuff, is patient, and above all... honest. There has never been any pressure to make a deal and move on, and there is a level of respect present with him that is quite reassuring. We have placed 3 offers thus far, and have (unfortunately) been outbid thus far... But David continues to work with us, and I am confident that when the right house comes along, he will be able to guide us through the rest of the process with our interest at heart.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Emeryville, CA.
David is much more than an agent, Realtor, or broker, he is a very good real estate consultant. I bought an investment condo with his help and although he was not in the area and I was travelling and working overseas he did not miss a bit. His real estate knowledge is extremely extensive and he is very honest and dedicated. He keeps giving expert advice, solicited and not, about every aspect of the property, the investment, and the sale. He is very good at researching opportunities and discovering the assets and liabilities with each one. He is very good at researching every lender possible to get the best loan without any catches. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $800K in Goleta, CA.
David helped my aunt Edna for purchasing a property in Santa Barbara.

At first we were skeptical in using David, because at first we thought that David is only good to LA area. But as our surprise he is really dependable, and handle all our stuff very well and distance was no object to him.

He interviewed local experts in Santa Barbara and became an expert in Santa Barbara as well.
