, I have wonderful childhood memories throughout the
South Bay Area
. One of my favorites is passing the many orchards between my home on Mann Drive and my grandparents' house "all the way" in Saratoga on Blauer Drive. The world was so much smaller (
) back then!
For 30+ years I've been a software engineer. I began computerizing my father's medical practice as I went through Kennedy Junior High (now Middle) School and Monta Vista High. My full time engineering career began in San Diego after earning a B.S. in Applied Physics from Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, California, where I met my wife during freshman year.
After college, we first lived in San Diego, then moved to Naglee Park in downtown San Jose in the mid 90's. For the past 15+ years we've
lived in Monte Sereno and Saratoga
(3 different houses within one square mile) as our 3 children continue making their ways through Saratoga Elementary, Redwood Middle, and Saratoga High schools.
My wife and I love restoring and improving property to its full potential.
It all started with our first property (in the University Heights district of San Diego) and has continued to this day. Just ask me about "Florida Street" sometime to hear some
really funny stories
! This was also the beginning of
my passion for real estate
and what has turned into my second career.
I now thoroughly enjoy
simplifying real estate
for my clients.
Being a buyer, seller, owner, and operator for more than 2 decades
makes real estate second nature to me. It's very gratifying to remove needless complexity from our world by answering questions accurately, completely, and
my clients' best moves!
