Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Central, El Paso, TX.
David Rodriguez is by far the best real estate agent I have worked with. He is very generous with his time and knowledge. David was very patient with my family and I as we looked for the right house. David was also able to provide us with an unlimited amount of prospective houses to view. His strong negotiating skills and knowledge made the home being process smooth. Bought a home in 2011.
Mr. Rodriguez was a very pleasant person to work with. He was not pushy, he was very patient and understood my circumstance at the time so he adjusted to what my needs were and helped me get what I was looking for. He also made sure that he did negotiate to what was geared to my benefit At times of having to talk about certain things, he also made sure that he worked around my schedule and made sure to meet at a location closest to me. Considering that there were difficult issues that had to be handled the process worked out smoothly and I believe it was all due to his professionalism in communicating all important matters as quick as possible and taking immediate action when it was necessary.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Album Park, El Paso, TX.
In the fall of 2010 we decided that we wanted to stop renting and invest in our own home. Being a first time home buyer can be scary and nerve wrecking but David was the best! He is knowledgeable and patient. The experience started off stressful not knowing what to expect but David was always there to answer any questions and walk us through every step. He was able to negotiate to get us the best deal that we could afford.
