We met with David once but ended up with another house. His ability to pinpoint our interest and taste was spot on. had we not already been in a short sale we absolutely would have pursued property with David.

I was referred to David Tatangelo by a good friend who recently purchased a home with him as her realtor. I contacted him and told him that I was interested in selling my home, and wanted to further discuss my options. Mr Tatangelo met with me and provided me with a very thorough market analysis. He also advised me on ways to increase the value of my home in order to sell it. I was very impressed with David's honesty, professionalism and expertise. I am currently in the process of preparing my home to put it on the market, and will be listing it with Mr David Tatangelo of Remax Coventry in the very near future.

David is a fantastic agent! He helped us through every step of preparing our house for sale, showing the home, inspection, apppraisal, and closing. He was always available to answer questions and made sure to keep us up to speed on where we were at during the process. He understands the market and what it takes to sell a home. You will not regret using him. He is top notch realtor and person.

My wife and I started to think about purchasing a new home. We started looking in the Coventry Area online and found David Tatangelo on Zillow. In our opinion he went above and beyond to ensure that our home buying experience was more than just a business transaction. He showed us listings that were within our price range in the areas we were interested in. He did not try to up-sell us, or push us to properties that were not what we looking for. He always had our best interests in mind. He advised us through the offer processes, helping us find the right offer price, and guided us through the negotiation process.

David never presented any concern for his commission. There were some houses we were considering that cost more than the one we ultimately purchased. There was never any influence to purchase a home based on price. During our search we found a home that we were seriously considering. David did research on the property and found out that there was a significant code issue and advised us to walk away.

Once we found our home, David recommended a home inspection and offered us a list of reputable home inspectors. During our inspection, we found a hiccup that delayed our closing by over a month. During this time David was extremely pro-active in assisting us ensure that the necessary repairs were completed to OUR satisfaction, not the sellers.

My wife and I now consider David a friend and trusted advisor. We would recommend his services 110% of the time.
