Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Chippewa Falls, WI.
Dave exceeded all my expectations in all areas. I never worked with a realtor that was as responsive as Dave. If I had to do over again knowing what I know about him I would choose him again without a second thought.

Bought a home in 2012.
Bought my 3rd home with Dave. His response time was exceptional, he was very flexible, and his negotiating skills were excellent. I found EXACTLY the home I was searching for and got a great deal on my home. I love my new place. :) I would highly recommend Dave.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Eau Claire, WI.
He helped my husband and I to buy our first home and made the experience more enjoyable, less stressful, and quite easy to be honest. He laid out the right steps right away in order to help us narrow down our seach and we found our first home on our first trip out to look at homes. His steps made it so that we did not have to look inside lots of homes, rather only looks at the ones that passed all the preliminary steps. Once we were at the showings he did an amazing job of pointing things out, helping us to envision living there, and listening to our concerns. We would highly recommend him to others looking to buy or sell homes, but especially first time home buyers!

Bought a home in 2011.
Last fall Dave helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home. We knew a little about the process of buying a home but not a whole lot. On our first meeting we all sat down together and he went through the whole process from looking at homes to the final closing. During the buying process he would give us step by step instructions of what we needed to do.
Everytime I would send Dave an e-mail he would always message me back the same day. It was usually in just a few hours if that.
I would highly recommend Dave if your looking for an agent. He's a great guy to work with. It made buying our first home a lot easier then we could have thought. If we are ever in the market for a home again we wouldn't think twice about giving Dave a call.

Dave was extrremely helpful when deciding what area of town would be best for our family. He took a personal interest into our family's needs in a home. We appreciated his timely manner of getting back to us when questions arose. We would certainly recommend Dave as an agent for people that are new or old to the area.

We used Dave Tracy when we were looking for our new home. I have to say that our experience with him was awesome and I would recommend him to anyone! Dave showed us many houses and would give us all the pros and cons to each property. He was extremely helpful with finding the perfect home that fit our interests and wants. Even on the day we moved in Dave showed up and picked up some boxes and helped us move in! That just goes to show who Dave is?.A Class Act!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Eau Claire, WI.
Being a first time home buyer, I required a lot of handholding. Dave was very patient and helpful every step of the way while guiding me through the purchase of my condo. I felt very comfortable trusting his judgement during negotiations. When Dave was briefly out of town, I had the support of his partner Marty Tauger. I felt very well taken care of through the whole purchasing process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dave to anyone I know.

Dave advised us well as to what we needed to update and change prior to listing. He very thoroughly explained the entire process. It all worked out well, as the house sold within two weeks of the listing. We were very pleased with the outcome and we enjoyed working with Dave.

Dave helped us look for and buy our first home. He asked us what our top preferences were in a house, and gave us many listings to look through. After taking many evenings and weekends away from Dave we found the perfect house for our family(it was one that Dave found and showed us). He was very flexible in working around our schedule to meet and look at houses. He is very good at explaining the process of everything that we needed to do to move forward. He explained the time line before we ever made it to the next step. This helped us so much as being first time home buyers we were not very knowledgeable in the process. Every time we called him he answered right away or called us back within 15 minuets. When it came time to put the offer in on our house he was very knowledgeable on how to approach the right prices and terminology to be used in the offer. We are very satisfied with the outcome of our home buying experience and I would recommend Dave to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home/land.
