Sold a home in 2011.
David & Gaby were awesome. They helped us sell our condo in Calabasas in Sept 2011, one of the toughest down markets in the last few years. He walked us thru pricing the condo appropriately, marketing and negotiation with multiple buyers to get the best offer possible for us. With his extensive experience and network of contacts, he was able to create the foot traffic into the condo and get multiple buyers interested in the property. Since our unit needed some minor fixes (new carpet, landscaping), he had the professional network of necessary vendors to help us get the condo in selling condition and for very competitive prices. He helped us navigate the complicated market in Calabasas and got us a really good final sales price. There were a few minor issues of contacting David (probably because he has many clients and is busy), but he always kept us informed and in the loop of everything that was going on, even though it might have taken an extra day or two longer than we would've liked.…More Less

David has been my realtor for close to two and I have been very happy with his services. David has assisted in both the acquisition and the selling of properties for me. The properties that David has been involved with have been investment properties that I flip. He has been successful in selling the properties at or very near his initial suggested listing prices and through his network of other realtors, been able to sell the properties quickly. As an investor, moving the properties quickly has always been a critical factor in which David has excelled. Furthermore, David has been very instrumental with his suggestions about cosmetic enhancements to the improvements in order to get the most bang for the buck!
