The problem in real estate is that finding a professional can be a massive headache. Many times you'll speak with an agent who is well intentioned but is inexperienced and often just part-timing it to make ends meet. David is none of those things. He is a seasoned full-time professional who has given his life to helping people find and acquire the homes that they dream about and thats what he did for us. Our story is a bit different. We sold our home in 2014, and after looking at nearly 30 properties with a previous agent my exhausted wife (who was 7 months pregnant) and myself decided we were better off signing a lease to an apartment in August 2014. A few months later, I met David on the recommendation of some friends at a charity event that he was throwing in November. After meeting a few times he made it his priority to really understand us as we described some of the past frustrations that we've had with unresponsive and unprofessional agents.... Beginning in February 2015 we started looking here and there at homes. I called David to see if he would be interested in helping us. Each time I called he either picked up or returned my call in no more than 1 hour (seriously, 1 hour). Every time we arrived at a property he had the door opened up, disclosures on hand, and a wealth of information from city hall so that if we had any questions we could discover answers right there at our first walk-through. His background as a licensed appraiser made talking through a vast number of "home improvement scenarios", or "plays" as we jokingly called them, a snap as we'd look at each home and what might make it more valuable. When it came time to structure a deal we had several (probably 5-6) massive challenges with our financing, septic issues, roofing issues, and other items that could have made the whole deal fall apart. Each time, David kept a cool and professional perspective that was focused on overcoming all obstacles as they came. He would always step up to the plate and power through any leg work needed even if it wasn't his to manage. As for integrity, every single thing that David said he would do was always done in a way that exceeded our expectations. In short, if you're serious about selling or purchasing real estate no headaches and closing properly with an agent who can overcame any obstacle you face, go with David Brooke. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $250K in Newington, CT.

David is a pro! That's really all you really know. We were blown away by his selling strategy for our home, which he sold on the first showing for asking price ($10,000 MORE than we were even hoping to get). This guy knows how to get it done and will seriously go to bat for you. Throughout all of our negotiations on home inspection items, he was excellent at knowing when to play hardball and when to draw a line in the sand. When things inevitably go wrong, he will make it right. David was the third realtor we've ever worked with and, man, what a difference. We would recommend him to anyone!

David was great. It took us a while to find a property that was what we were looking for, and David was very patient and kept sending us new properties that he thought might be a good match. It was our first time buying, and he was able to answer all of our questions very promptly and knowledgeably. Highly recommended!

He was professional through out .every detail was cared for and our desire and goals were always a part of what he suggested. David was available through all forms of communication so we were never waiting long if at all for a conversation. I never felt like one of his clients he made me feel like I was his only client. I like him a lot .

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Bloomfield, CT.

David was exceptionally helpful in assisting us with the purchase of our new home. He was never pushy and we felt totally comfortable working with him. We weren’t entirely sure of what we wanted and he was extremely patient with us as we tried to figure that out. He arranged to take us to properties when WE could be available, and always had time to talk through the pros and cons afterward. He has an excellent understanding of market values as he is a certified appraiser. He also did some research/legwork to get information that would help with our decision. We plan to make some changes to the house we bought, and here too, David’s experience came in handy.

David is extremely responsive and has a great knowledge about the area we were looking at. His networking and contacts within the industry led to a number of promising leads that we were not aware of.

All throughout the buying process, we felt like we were David's only client. This is because of the time commitment he made while helping us find our dream home. He was only a phone call away to discuss negotiating strategies, paperwork, home inspection concerns, etc. He was great!

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Windsor, CT.

David was assigned to us through a service provided by our lender and we really got lucky because we couldn't have hand picked a better real estate partner. From his industry-leading responsiveness to his negotiation skills, we were impressed at every point in the process. He helped us negotiate a fantastic deal on a house that we were looking at buying and he provided valuable appraisal services, as well. When it came time to deal with our current property, David shined in getting our house rented in quick order. His attention to detail in staging the house, performing background checks, drafting the paperwork, and all other related matters was top notch. David displayed a great deal of patience as he helped us to search for a new home, as well as confidently explaining the process by which he would sell our current home.
