A native of Pittsburgh, PA., David and his wife of 21 years, Beth, have lived on Hilton Head Island since 1986. They have three beautiful girls. After graduating Cum Laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, David's long and stable career as a Realtor began in 1987, when he joined the staff at Property Administrators Inc., a property and regime management company. After 5 years of service working as the account executive for over 1,800 property owners, David made the leap of faith to go into commission sales with The Pinnacle Group on Hilton Head Island. At the time, The Pinnacle Group was home to the top producing Realtors on Hilton Head. David's first year was a testimony that he made the correct decision as he was named Rookie-of-the-Year, amassing more sales on Hilton Head than any other first year salesman to date. 5 years later he joined Charter I Realty where he enjoyed stellar success as a Realtor, year in and year out. In February 2008, he joined The Sea Pines Real Estate Company.

Over the past 22 years David has achieved great success in real estate as well as working to enhance the community where we all live and work. David has been a member of the Rotary Club, the Red Cross, St Francis Catholic School Board, the Greater Island Committee, and the Low Country Property Management Association. Also in the 90's David served on the committee to establish the Self Family Arts Center (now known as the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina). David also worked with the Open Door Youth Group, Habitat for Humanity, the Low Country Pregnancy Center and Clinic, and delivering food baskets to the needy.
