I must apologize to David for writing this review so late. I have to say to everyone in the Lehigh Valley Area that David is an exceptional professional to work with. My boyfriend, now fiance, and I were looking to buy our first house together and had no experience or knowledge on how to buy a house. After some research, planning, and financing we started searching for homes on all sorts of real estate websites. On Zillow we saw a listing under David. He was so upfront and honest with us. David, being a family man, made the experience easier than I could have ever imagined. He truly sees every home from a personal perspective, as if he was the one looking for a new home himself. He listened to everything we were looking for in a house and answered all of our questions. I would call him randomly throughout the day, even late in the evening and he was always very quick to return my messages. He is very accessible.

We struggled to find something we really liked for a few weeks, but David never gave up. David finally sent us an email telling us he found a great house that was just posted that day and we should see it ASAP or it may not be available after a few days. This house was perfect for us! It was just the right price. We negotiated a very fair an affordable deal and he walked us through the purchasing process till the very end. He also has great references for Mortgage consultants, which in our case, knew all the best people who could do all of our inspections with precision quality.

I never thought we could buy a house at this point of our lives, but David really was tremendous in helping us make this dream a reality. The process was really fast. I always thought buying a house took months for the average family. We started our search at the end of March 2012 and moved in on May 25.

For a 19 months one realitor had our house and could not get any one to look at it . Four months after David listed the house it was sold . Exelent agent great responce to all our needs I would recomend him highly.

Dave is very knowledgeable of the Lehigh Valley & is very professional. It was a pleasure working with him as he was always available to answer all of my questions day or night. When showing me houses, he looked at it like he was purchasing it himself and provided great feedback. He found me the perfect home at the right price. Buying my house went very smoothly, thanks to Dave. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell as he is a dedicated and hardworking agent.

David started to show me and wife houses around April of 2011. David was well prepared and dedicated to our interests in the type of home that me and my wife were looking for. David wrote notes that contained descriptions and specific details of our interests. David was always a phone call away and always responded to my phone with new information or a promise to have new information by the end of the day. When david showed us our first house, I told my wife that I would like him to be our agent. His dedication was excellent and the infomation provided for the houses were very helpful. I love his style because when seeing houses David looked as if the houses were him but his review was based on our interests. I recommend David to anyone who is looking for a house.

David not only found me an apartment to move into within one week, but found the PERFECT apartment! He is very attentive and because of this he will not waste your time with properties that are outside of your specifics. Very insightful, with a clean &quick process, and he has great knowledge of the area. I will definitely call him when looking to buy!
