In a depressed housing market, he was able to set the price of our home that made us happy and also allowed prospective buyers to be interested in our home. We had a lot of traffic visiting our home and received two offers in 3 months. Our house sold and closed in 4 months. Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
I have been trying to look for a new home and in the process sell ours since 2008. Since that time, I have had at least 3 agents before I introduced myself to David. We originally wanted to move into the Colonia/North Edison area but settled in Union County. He is by far the most knowledgeable, caring, and professional realtor my wife and I have met. He was always calling us every day to check in and ask about the houses he showed us. He was genuinely concerned with our ability to find a house that we would truly love vs. trying to sell us the most expensive or most convenient house in our price range. He was willing to drive us to every location we wanted to, and was so in tune with our needs that he would prescreen all of the houses that he knew we didn't want so that our time with him was managed well.
