David was referred to my husband and I through a neighbor, and to date has to be the best referral ever. Despite having a neighbor who was a real estate agent, we decided to list our home with David. His professionalism, level of knowledge, honesty and great communication skills won us over immediately. He was ALWAYS accurate with his suggestions regarding pricing our home for sale and never pressured us into any situations we were not comfortable. David possesses a level of professionalism that is superb. In a depressed housing market, he was able to set the price of our home that made us happy and also allowed prospective buyers to be interested in our home. We had a lot of traffic visiting our home and received two offers in 3 months. Our house sold and closed in 4 months.
