Furthermore, unsolicited e-mail offers are indeed SPAM and I would suggest you do your homework on that topic; SPAM is now in fact illegal.If you offer a service that could assist home sellers and want to promote it on Zillow, the appropriate way to do that is to advertise on the site, allowing consumers to contact you if they are interested in your offer. Sorry to hear you're battling with this. I'm trying to understand what's going wrong ...The code is used to call up a loan request you've previously submitted. If you haven't yet submitted a loan request, you should ignore it. If you already have a code from a previously submitted loan request, all you do is enter it to pull up your quotes - you shouldn't be both answering the questions and entering the code - can you give me a bit more detail?

Yes, the broker/agent is responsible for the listing ... I have contacted the listiing agent to ask them to remoev it.

We don't remove homes' public records from the site. I can shut down your user account - please reply letting me know if if that's what you'd like us to do.
