Hi Gary,We are also getting your listings via Century 21's national franchise listing feed. Now that you have taken them over from the feed, you will be able to maintain the listings yourself and they'll be associated with your account but I would also note that C21 has a great marketing deal with Zillow where-in your listings would be automatically featured if they are updated via the feed. It's your choice.
Hi All,We will get this fixed; thanks for bringing it to my attention. I'm almost certain the problem originates in the API integration but I need to confirm that before I can get back to you with the resolution. Thanks again.
Hi Pam,The contributions on your profile are just a historical timeline of your activity on Zillow. Nothing more. It does not suggest that you are still listing that home. We only display 15-20 most recent contributions on your profile (but there's no delete button.) If you answer a few questions and post a few listings the current events on your timeline will disappear.
The point is a discount on the loan, not your brokers' fees. Your broker's fees are negotiable but the pricing on the discount point is set by the investor your broker uses. Your broker makes their money through other fees (most likely called "origination fee") and through the margin (called YSP or "yield spread premium") that they earn on the loan. To learn what your broker is earning, ask them for a GFE (good faith estimate.) The GFE will include the YSP and lender fees. Then, negotiate.
Personal insults, as you guys know, are not allowed here and are deleted (if f;lagged.) That thread was 90% childish bickering and 10% healthy debate. I'm sorry I didn't save the 10% but I'm not sorry I deleted the thread; no good can come of 'adults' hurling insults at each other all weekend long.As a reminder, we don't tolerate and will delete:- personal insults- spam- off-topic posts and hijacking- offensive language (swearing / hate speech etc.)Please respect these guidelines - repeat offenders will lose access to this forum. We like to let the conversation flow but if you can't show respect for each other and you abuse this forum, your posts will be deleted. We seem to have more of an issue with this on weekends - in all seriousness, please don't drink and type. I hope that clarifies it and I'll also close this thread so you can get back to the topic of real estate and enjoy what's left of the weekend.
Like one of my favorite Realtors always says; it's a Zestimate, not an Exactimate! Look at the Zestimate's value range: you'll probably find that your estimate and the maximum Zestimate value aren't very far apart.
Why do my listings keep dropping off? They keep popping on and then off again!
