jasonmichele -Sorry - some homes' locations are approximate in areas where we're yet to get detailed parcel information. This doesn't however impact your Zestimate value. When you post a home for sale or add a Make Me Move price, you habd the option of also correcting its location.

Joanna - Hi, it's David from Zillow.You don't seem to have a good understanding of how Realtors' are compensated. First, commissions are negotiable, but more importantly, they're split - typically four ways - and inexperienced Realtors do usually earn far less of the split than their experienced counterparts. First, commissions are split between brokerages on either side of the transaction (the buyer's broker and the seller's broker). Next, the brokers split commissions with their agents and the ratio of that split is usually determined by the agents' experience and reputation. New agents share as much as 50% of the split commissions with their brokers while some top producing agents can keep 100% if their reputation is that valuable to the broker's marketing effort.I'm sorry to hear about your experiences these past few years - and want to say congratulations on getting the condo sold. Hi Josh,We've had an error in the data we receive that's cause some homes square footage to be incorrect. That problem should be resolved by tonight. Agreed that recent sales are only one factor. Our algorithm considers the other information we have about the home though very recent sales often trump that.

Neverless - I have followed up off-line - access to Zillow is free - it does sound like a scam.
