Michele - We only serve the Zillow ads when there is unsold ad inventory available in an area. To ensure that your EZ Ads are shows more often, you could either purchase more of the available page views in your Zips or run the same ad over a shorter duration (we pace out your ad views over the duration you select.)

Hi and thanks for your feedback.It was us - there's nothing wrong with your computer - sorry for the confusion. We found we'd imported some corrupt data onto the site and had to roll Zestimates back to their last good update. Our development teams are working on the fix and we plan to have updated Zestimates back on the site by the end of next week. Thanks for your patience and thanks again for the feedback.

Diane -I hear you - it seems I can't move in our yard w/out stepping on a slug lately.When I was a kid my Mom paid my brother and I a few cents each to "collect" them in tins half full of salt. Quite a sight. I've heard beer attracts them but thought you still needed the salt. If you find a humane solution - let me know.

It's the "finished" square feet as reported by your county. In most counties this refers to the heated sq.ft. but I assume you're from somewhere warmer where "under a/c" is often considered "finished."Where in the country are you seeing this data?

There's a third option to claim your home by faxing us proof of ownership - see the instructions below the credit card verification details.
