More than 80% of buyers start their home search online - their decision as to which homes to visit is based largely on the photo's you post online. You need great interior pictures to help a buyer envisage living in your home.I hope that helps and suggest you ask a few of the pro's here in Discussions for their advice in marketing your house.

For pure networking with my friends and colleagues I far prefer Facebook - but I've heard from a few real estate professionals that MySpace has been a very effective marketing tool.

Tyson0317 - The King County assessor decided that the home was worth less in '06 than '05 - that's what the Zestimate value is reacting to. It's highly unusual for homes in this neighborhood to have a lower tax assessed value from one year to the next - which is why the neighboring homes' Zestimate values don't show the same trend. In King County, tax assessed values and house values are highly correlated, so changes to tax values can have a large impact Zestimates of homes in Bellevue. Thanks for asking!
