Helped me rent a Condo home in North Hyde Park, Tampa, FL.
I was referred to David when I was looking to purchase a second home. David contacted me and listened to my needs and concerns. Ultimately after talking with him, meeting him and listening to his advice about my particular situation we decided it would be best for me to rent first rather than purchase. He immediately set me up to receive notifications of what I was looking for and within a short time frame we found the right place for me. Once I am ready to purchase a second home and/or or sell my primary home, I will again turn to David. He was responsive and patient and provided necessary information to me as well as additional contacts when requested.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.95M in Sunset Park, Tampa, FL.
David is an outstanding agent. He spends time educating himself about the property being sold, it's important attributes and what the owner feels are important aspects of the property. He understands the appropriate market issues and also is exceptionally available and responsive. I recommend him without reservation.
