Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $725K in Santa Cruz, CA.
David has helped us with both a house sale and a townhouse purchase in Santa Cruz in the last year. We couldn't have been any happier with his hard work, responsiveness, and ultimately success. We were out of the area for much of the time, putting an extra burden on him to look after the little details (coordinating cleaners, gardening, etc.). I've known him and his family for non-realty reasons for years, and they are true Santa Cruz people, highly knowledgable about the area, involved in the schools and local nonprofits, and well-connected. A great local realtor.
