Being a first time home buyer I had lots of questions about the process of buying a home. I am extremely happy with the service Dave provided. Dave was always a phone call or text away and he always answered any questions I had. Dave explained everything well and made sure I was aware of any new listings. Once I found a home I believe Dave went above and beyond when helping me deal with the mortgage company. I was not always able to speak with the mortgage company due to my job hours and Dave was there to make those phone calls for me and then kept me informed on what was happening during the process. I couldn't be more happier working with Dave and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $250K in Sioux City, IA.

I asked Dave to list my house and was unsure what the market rate would be. Before we met, Dave had researched comparable homes listed and sold, and what was currently on the market in my home's price range. He suggested a fair market rate that was higher than I expected. Less than two full days listed, we received an offer slightly above the asking price. A couple weeks into the transaction, the appraised value came in slightly less, however, Dave presented the appraiser with several comparable information that supported the sale price and the appraisal was changed to match. Dave was responsive throughout the process, which was very important to me since I already lived out of town. He made the process as seamless as possible for me--also very important. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in Siouxland!  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Sioux City, IA.

Cannot say enough good things about our realtor Dave Pepin and the experience we had selling our home and with the purchase of our new home. Dave was courteous and honest 100% of the time during a very stressful time. We felt that Dave always had our best interest at heart, which was evident to us throughout the entire process. Dave was always (literally!) available to us for home showing requests, questions and advice about the home buying/selling process, even after sale was complete, Dave continued to be our helpline for questions about a number of things that came up.
