We originally contacted David to purchase the home we sold in December 2014. During the purchase process our relationship was great. During the selling and buying process this time was NOT so great. He neglected to inform us of details in the contracts. Which lead to us losing $800 over ceiling fans! Which he said he would contact the buyers agent and didn't. When it came down to it David didn't have time for us nor did he make us feel like a priority. We made him and Remax quite a bit of money in December 2014 & January 2015. It's a shame, if your too busy to take on new clients be up front and say so. Don't pretend to be working or your clients. I hope no one experiences what we did. Don't use Remax or David unless you have money to blow.

To prospective clientele, please read any of my other reviews. This review was written 5 months after the fact by a client who is bitter and embarrassed by their own acts of misconduct, and cowardly hides behind this anonymous post. RE FANS: One day prior to closing, they stole three ceiling fans from their property, and their Buyer caught this in the walkthru. When notified of the "mistake," Seller refused to return the fans and incurred a penalty to resolve the matter. We reviewed the clause of their contract in detail, regarding personal property, as they requested their W&D NOT convey with the sale. We made line-item revisions which the Sellers initialed! Whether intentional or ignorant, their actions were not related to any negligence or lack of performance on my part. Zillow rejected my request to have this post taken down. I apologize for having to bother with this rebuttal.

From the great photos he took of the house, to his staging tips, to his pricing recommendations, everything he does is geared to getting you a strong sale price and smoothing out the process through the closing. Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Delray Beach, FL.

David did a great job to help me sell my property. While the property was on the market, he provided frequent feedback from potential buyers and other realtors who viewed the property, and he made many helpful suggestions to make the property more appealing. He frequently checked on the property even though it was located out of his way. He went above and beyond by offering to help me pack up my personal belongings and move out my furniture. After offers were made on the property, he stayed on top of everything through closing. I highly recommend David D'Onofrio and his RE/MAX support team!  More Less
