Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Jupiter, FL.
After seeing one of David's market overviews on Youtube we were impressed with his working knowledge of the area and his ability to successfully utilize social media. We also appreciated his background in distressed properties and were confident in his abilities to handle any type of purchase offer.
We sent him an email requesting more information and he was prompt and professional in his response. He was able to quickly familiarize himself with our purchase preferences and personally screened and forwarded appropriate listings for our review.
Since we are from out of state, looking to purchase and investment property, it was important to us to have a trusted professional to work with in the area.
When we arrived in Jupiter, David was able to show us multiple properties that were of interest to us. His help was critical since we had very limited time during this visit and he really helped us to maximize it. We bought a beautiful three bedroom town home that we are very pleased with.
David handled the entire purchase, hands on through closing. He also was able to find an appropriate tenant in a very timely manor. He even helped finalize some additional paperwork after the lease was signed!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in North Palm Beach, FL.
If you want an aggressive, responsive realtor to represent you, I'd highly recommend David D'Onofrio. He works to establish the right market price for the property and diligently works to get it sold. This is counter to many realtors I've dealt with in the past that tend to list a property and sit back and wait.…More Less
